Job Overview:
Coupang is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Senior Data Analyst to join our Growth Analytics team. This team drives growth across all Coupang's business lines via deep-dive, complex analytics and data science.

The Growth Analytics team uses sophisticated analytics and techniques to thoroughly understand how to deliver operational excellence and a world-class customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of analysis experience and a graduate-level education. This person will work directly with senior leaders, marketing operations, engineering, and business leaders from across the organization. Eagerness to learn and a desire to generate outsized returns are a plus.

The ideal candidate will:
Take on vital strategic projects to help Coupang grow
Be excited to dive deep into marketing, product, and traffic data at extreme granularity to identify new ways to scale Coupang's business
Have excellent presentation skills, especially for large and varied audiences
Be able to identify business drivers via data and analysis, and comfortable presenting findings to senior leadership
Strongly motivated to ask difficult questions and find novel methods of answering them through data

What we're looking for:
4+ years experience in data analysis, corporate finance, or product marketing
MBA from a top tier program
Strong SQL skills required.
Experience with extracting metrics and work with data using SQL
Deep understanding of marketing across electronic devices
Experience handling complex projects and initiatives that can materially impact a business
Knowledge of analytics tools
Knowledge of intermediate statistics
Pay & Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation.

The base pay for this position ranges from $115,920/year in our lowest geographic market to $170,000/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
