    Clinical Lab Assistant - Phlebotomist Job

    This is an hourly position at TriCore Reference Laboratories in Clovis, US. As a Clinical Lab Assistant (CLA) and Phlebotomist, you will work independently with minimal supervision to perform various lab duties.

    • Perform phlebotomy procedures for patients of all ages, including venipuncture and capillary collections.
    • Process specimens for testing, including sorting, labeling, and storing.
    • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
    • Assist with patient communication and education on laboratory tests.

    The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
