    Job DescriptionPosition: Identity & Access Management Technical Lead
    Duration: 12 months
    Location: Remote
    Work hours: 35 hrs/weekObjective:

    The client is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Technical Lead for the ongoing technical support, enhancements, and expansion of the enterprise IAM program. Reporting directly to the Director of Identity and Access Management, this critical role provides innovative technical leadership and engineering expertise to drive the direction of the program's architecture, infrastructure, capabilities, components, and standards.

    Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement technical components of the IAM architecture, maintenance, operational support, IAM tools and technologies, and integration with other 3rd party systems.
    • Implement IAM new solutions/enhancements across various vendor products including SailPoint, Ping Identity, Radiant Logic, and CyberArk.
    • Design, develop, and support scalable and stable IAM solutions that meet business needs.
    • Serve as the lead technical resource for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.
    • Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Director of IAM, and other key business stakeholders to manage technical projects including updates, upgrades, architecture planning, and other technical initiatives.
    • Write solution design, proposal documents, documentation, and test cases.
    • Mentor and advise other members of the team on technical IAM best practices.
    • Translate business goals into technical requirements, conduct code/design reviews, and drive the technical implementation of IAM projects throughout the project lifecycle. This includes hands-on development when necessary.
    • Capture and document user-related issues and determine the course of action for resolution.
    • Act as an excellent team player, remaining flexible to work based on project requirements and deliverable deadlines.
    • Perform related work as required.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management with a focus on technical leadership and engineering.
    • Proficiency in implementing IAM solutions across various vendor products such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, Radiant Logic, and CyberArk.
    • Strong understanding of IAM architecture, infrastructure, capabilities, components, and standards.
    • Experience in translating business goals into technical requirements and driving technical implementation.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
    • Ability to mentor and advise team members on technical IAM best practices.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deliverable deadlines.
    • Certification in IAM technologies (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) is a plus.
