    Description
    The Sr. Specialist,Lead Generation & Marketing Campaigns willberesponsible foroptimizingomnichannel marketing campaigns and the leadgeneration center of excellence. In this role you will help plan and enhancemarketing campaigns across all paid and organic media channels.

    This role willwork closely with cross functional teams to help inform campaign targets,evaluate investment efficiency, provide input on targeting and audiencestrategies, as well as track and monitorlead performance and optimizemarketing a sales lead handoff.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of marketingactivities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation ofregular reports.
    Responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing lead funnels, leadrevenue and development/automation of regular reports through

    Analyzes external and internal customer data using spreadsheet (Excel)models, web analytics tools (Google/Marketo), statistical analysistools, and campaign management software tools.

    Evaluates customers' online behavior and provide insights andrecommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience.
    Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and providerecommendations.
    Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights toother marketing and sales departments.

    SCOPE:
    Senior level professional; knowledge and full understanding of one or moredisciplines and good knowledge of organization, processes and customers.
    Good judgment, strong analytical ability, evaluation, originality andingenuity required to perform tasks. Know and apply the fundamentalconcepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field. Resolve issuesand assignments in creative ways. Some assignments may be broad in nature. Mayserve as a resource to others to resolve complex problems and issues. May takeon project co-lead role as required.

    COMPLEXITY:


    Work on problems of diverse scope and moderate impact where analysis of datarequires a review of a variety of factors.

    Use best practices and knowledge ofbusiness strategy to solve complex problems; recommend solutions to businesschallenges. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques forobtaining solutions. Network with senior internal and external personnel inown area of expertise.

    SUPERVISION:
    Receive minimal instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on newprojects or assignments. May act as a resource to provide informal guidancefor TSMs with less experience. Assignments can be broad in nature.

    MINIMUMWORK EXPERIENCE:
    Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of anyapplicable professional experience.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION:
    Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
    Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industrycertifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
