    About Us:

    Phillips Brothers Acquisitions is a real estate investing company located in Alpharetta, GA. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. At the moment, we are doing around $25 million in revenue per year. We are currently a small team of 10 people. We have a GREAT work environment, and our team is essentially a 2nd family for each of our employees.

    Job Description:

    We are looking for an experienced and confident Project Manager that will be reporting directly to the owners. His/her overall duty will be to oversee all aspects of the renovation process and ensuring that each project is done on time and under budget.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Inspections: Project Manager will be responsible for viewing and inspecting each property prior to acquisition. This is a crucial step, as it can be disastrous if a problem arises that we did not expect.
    • Negotiations: Project Manager will be gathering bids from multiple contractors on each property and be responsible for negotiating the best deals for the company.
    • Quality Control: Project manager will be responsible for regularly attending job sites and ensuring the projects are running smoothly. This simply means that the projects are on running on time, under budget, and at the minimum appropriate standard expected for the given work done.

    Expectations and Requirements:

    This is a crucial role as the Project Manager oversees the completion of all projects which represent the revenue, and thus the lifeblood, of the entire company. This candidate, above all else, must be positive, friendly, and have a good heart. He/she must align with the Core Values mentioned above. Furthermore, We are seeking a candidate that is looking for a stable career with opportunities for long term growth within the company.

    We are looking for a killer that can successfully increase our margins on each deal. To do this, the Project Manager will need to be able to adequately negotiate better prices across the board. This is not an easy task, but the right candidate will be up to the challenge. Candidates must be organized and detailed. At any given time, there are 8-10 projects happening simultaneously, and the Project Manager must be able to stay on top of it all. They must be able to effectively manage contractors, which can be very tough. Contractors can be known to smooth talk and upsell, and the Project Manager must be able to recognize when a contractors concern is legitimate, and when they are trying to make a small problem appear bigger than it is

    All jobs are within a 90-minute radius of Atlanta in all directions, so candidates must be comfortable making the appropriate drives. Our headquarters is located in Alpharetta, and although the Project Manager will have a dedicated working space set up in the office, office attendance is not required.

    Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
