    The Trust Administration Analyst will manage a set number of life insurance policies and trust accounts.

    This individual will prepare premium notices for trust grantors and beneficiaries, facilitates premium disbursement requests, handle correspondence from carriers and client.

    The Trust Administration Analyst takes the lead role in building their client relationships and delivering highly accurate life insurance policy reports.

    This involves the evaluation and interpretation of life insurance illustrations, statements, policy contracts, and relevant policy documentation.

    As with any rapidly growing company and team, the responsibilities for this position will continue to evolve based business needs, the individuals career goals and their ability to learn.

    Review and interpretation of Life Insurance documents such as carrier illustrations, statements, and policy contracts.
    Manage between trust accounts based on the requirements defined in the clients service agreement.
    Onboard new client accounts with accuracy for successful trust administration and product reviewPrepare correspondence for trust grantors and beneficiaries.
    Act as a point of contact and provide daily support for our external clients regarding policy analytics and details.
    Establish and maintain close working relationships with external and internal clients.
    Be an expert at trust administration and become fluent in life insurance product knowledge.
    Provide back-up and assistance to others in this position.

    Perform Annual Life Insurance Policy ReviewsRequired Skills:

    Bachelors degree or equivalent work experienceStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer service focusExcellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExceptional organizational and problem-solving skills as well as a high capacity for multi-taskingAn ability to work independently in an efficient and responsible manner.

    Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges and opportunities.
    Eagerness to learn in this position is essential.
