    OverviewNational multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Healthcare Operational & Strategy Advisor.

    You will join a planning and design team to advise the company's healthcare clients at the highest levels, planning operations and organizational strategies and guiding them through strategic transformation at a variety of scales, from system to campus to department.

    Youll work with the company project leadership and other project staff to advise clients with insight to serve their strategic interests, solve defined healthcare challenges and deliver measurable value.

    This role has the responsibility to differentiate the company in the marketplace through thought leadership and competitive client interviews.

    Ideal candidates will possess botha broad knowledge of the business of healthcare and have significant healthcare operations and/or clinical experience.

    A history and knowledge of translating market assessment into system strategy, operational programming, data analytics, lean process improvement, and / or change management are desired.

    Candidates will have demonstrated analytical problem solving and superior oral and written communication skills.

    This role will join their Design & Research Group , a multidisciplinary team of evidence-based researchers, practice-based researchers, lean process improvement specialists, design anthropologists, and data analytics and visualization specialists.

    The group is driven by a mission to be highly integrated across the firms practices to advance design, build on our body of knowledge, and apply original insight to achieve positive and enduring impact.

    This position can work from any of our offices across the country.

    Bachelors degree masters or advanced degree or commensurate experience12 years minimum of healthcare experienceDemonstrated ability both in written and visual form to effectively structure data to derive insight, and communicate implications and impact to healthcare leadersAbility to direct team members as to steps, methods, and activities to achieve desired project outcomesDemonstrated ability to competitively interview and sell ideas at the executive levelDemonstrated ability to contribute industry best practice and the company's external brand through publications, blogs, case studies, and compelling presentations at regional / national conferencesAbility to work independently and to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environmentSignificant travel requiredADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (preferred but not required)Operational and/or clinical experience in healthcareLean Six Sigma certificationsExperience in leading market assessment/ long-range strategic planning, change management, and/or activation planningExperience with Tableau and/or PowerBiExperience with R, SSIS, Promodel, Revit, and/or Dynamo#J-18808-Ljbffr
