Production Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate permitting applications and documentation for HVAC installations
- Provide direct support to the sales team with scheduling, proposals, and follow-up coordination
- Maintain clear and professional client communications throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with in-house sales activities and customer inquiries as needed
- Maintain accurate records in company systems (CRM, project management tools)
- Collaborate with production, operations, and administrative teams to ensure smooth project flow
- Identify and flag any project issues or permit delays proactively
Qualifications
- 1+ years of HVAC experience preferred (residential setting strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized — this is a must
- Excellent multitasking ability; comfortable managing several projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency required: CRM software, MS Office, email platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
- Familiarity with permitting processes or construction administration is a plus
Work Location & Schedule
- Hybrid — based out of our Granby, MA office with flexibility for remote work
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday schedule

This hybrid role plays a critical part in supporting our production operations — from managing permitting processes and supporting the sales team to handling client communications and assisting with in-house sales activity. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60, $80,000.00 per year
