This is a full time Status) day shift Adult Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant position in the Outpatient Adult Therapies department.

Community Medical Center is seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Adult Therapies Team

As a member of our team, the Physical Therapist would work with our patients to help them achieve their recovery, mobility, and independence goals. You will have the opportunity to exercise our core values and make a difference every day by improving the lives of our patients; all while working with our excellent and diverse group of Providers, Therapists, and Support Staff that make up our Outpatient Adult Therapies department.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for any duties related to the physical therapy care of patients being treated in the therapy department. This includes evaluation, program planning, consultation, and treatment of patients. It also includes the necessary documentation, communication and attendance at meetings as well as any other task within the department as assigned by persons responsible.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed as a physical therapist in the State of Montana.
• Good organizational skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must obtain BLS for Healthcare Provider within 3 months of hire.

Preferred/Desired:

* Prefer one year of experience in hospital setting.

Weekend Requirements: On Call weekend rotation.
