Home Health $7,500 - $15,000 sign on bonus availableHugh Chatham Health at Home (formerly Yadkin Valley Home Health) proudly serves Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Davie, Forsyth, Iredell, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes and Yadkin counties in NC.
Associate degree in nursing, RN licensed in the State of North Carolinaor Virginia . Current CPR or obtain within 30 days of hire.
Work experience:
EXTENDED TRAINING PROGRAM OFFERED FOR NEW GRADUATESMust have a current/valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a satisfactory driving record.
