Job Opportunity: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (Contract)

Location: Bennington, Vermont

Are you a passionate Speech Language Pathologist seeking a rewarding contract opportunity in Bennington, Vermont? Soliant and its affiliates are proud to partner with districts in the area to provide students with the services they need for a successful future. We are currently seeking a dedicated SLP to join our team for the uping school year.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Vermont state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• At least one year of recent experience working as an SLP in educational settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and techniques for speech and language intervention.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
