    R.D. Barnett PLLC is a dynamic and growth-oriented accounting firm seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join their Client Services Team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Clean-up and organization of financial data and records
    • Maintenance of monthly transactional accounting for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations in QuickBooks
    • Preparation and completion of Payroll, as well as Quarterly and Annual Payroll Reporting
    • Preparation and completion of State and Local Revenue Filings
    • Proactive support for clients via timely and professional email and phone correspondence
    • Business Development - building relationships with potential clients and converting them into official clients
    • New client onboarding - ensuring seamless transition of accounts and processes

    The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, with expertise in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Additionally, they should possess knowledge of software platforms for bill pay (such as Bill.com) and payroll (such as Gusto, ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks). The successful candidate will also have demonstrated experience with Federal, State, and Local taxation regulation and filings.
