    • Job Specification Updates: Work with the Operations Manager to update cleaning specifications based on client requests and communicate any necessary changes to the office and cleaning staff.

    Compliance & Safety:

    • Safety Standards: Ensure that cleaning technicians are wearing approved personal protective equipment (PPE), uniforms, and badges as specified in job orders.
    • Chemical Safety: Verify that janitorial closets are organized, chemicals are stored properly, and MSDS sheets are accessible and match the chemicals being used on-site.
    • OSHA Compliance: Ensure that cleaning staff are trained on OSHA safety guidelines, and that all safety regulations are followed on the job site.
