Position: Project Coordinator/Data Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid- 3 Days a Week)

Pay Range: 45-50 an hour on W2

Duration: 9 month contract to hire

Required Skills and Experience *

-2-3+ years of hands on PowerPoint experience for presentation models.

-Must have a strong technical background

-Understanding of dashboards and using them for data analysis.

-Great communication skills, with sharp and concise language skills.

-Ability to present to high level leadership and be comfortable speaking with C-level executives.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

-Any exposure into Generative AI or AI Features

Job Description *

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a vertical within the Technology Organization to assist with stakeholder management, project updates, and presentation models. In this role, you will be working heavily with PowerPoint to create presentations for high level executive leadership revolving Generative AI projects. You must have excellent and sharp communication skills, as well as good presentation skills and ability to create clear, concise PowerPoints. You will be the main point of contact within this PMO group for talking strategy, helping translate things into lemans terms, and working directly with leadership to provide updates. This team also works with homegrown dashboard tools to ensure your presentations are accurate and efficient.
