As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a motivated Calibration Technician to join our dynamic team.

    Position Overview: As a CMM Calibration Technician (CMM Tech Rep), you will play a crucial role in selling and maintaining the performance and accuracy of CMM equipment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about mechanics and precision engineering to gain hands-on experience in the field of metrology.

    Responsibilities:

    · Perform routine calibration procedures on CMM equipment following established protocols and procedures.

    · Conduct troubleshooting and basic repairs on CMM systems to ensure optimal functionality.

    · Utilize measurement tools and software to verify the accuracy and precision of CMM measurements.

    · Document calibration results accurately and maintain comprehensive records of calibration activities.

    · Sell and advise existing and potential clients on ECM services

    · Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications

    · High school diploma or equivalent

    · Technical Degree

    · Strong mechanical aptitude

    · Basic understanding of metrology principles and calibration techniques

    · Ability to follow technical instructions.

    · Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is desirable but not required.

    · Ability to travel 75% (Overnights, out of state)

    · Ability to commute to Moline, Il office when not traveling.

    · Valid Driver's License

    · Frequently lift and move up to 75lbs.

    · Frequently stand, walk, kneel, crouch
