Supplemental Health Care is seeking Speech Language Pathologists in Des Moines, Iowa with prior OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits for contract assignments with a partnering home health agency.

Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Contract Details:

$1,620
$1,790 per week
Paid by the hour
not by the visit
Travel and mileage reimbursement available on all contracts
Speech Language Pathologist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Iowa
CPR Certified or ability to obtain
Previous experience with Computer Charting 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law. For this type of employment, Kentucky state law requires a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
