- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports (e.g., financial results summaries, forecast presentations, budget reviews)
- Analyze financial performance, highlight key variances, risks, and opportunities compared to budgets and forecasts
- Develop clear and concise materials for Executive Management, incorporating financial insights and commentary
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Treasury, BUs, and Corporate FP&A
- Create models for insightful data analysis to support business decisions
- Produce high-quality work for senior executives and partners
- Conduct flux analysis and ad-hoc tasks
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting efficiency and quality by simplifying processes and tools; exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to enhance skills and proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field desired
- 2-3 years' experience in Investment Banking, Big Four consulting or auditing, or Fortune 100 FP&A
- Proficient in spreadsheet modeling (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and database reporting/planning (Hyperion, Oracle, Anaplan)
- Strong numerical, analytical, and writing skills with attention to detail
- Experience in Data Center/REIT/Technology/SaaS businesses beneficial
- Demonstrate professionalism, self-awareness, time management, and commitment to full workdays and availability during work hours
- Effective independent and team collaboration, in-person and remotely; strong communication skills

Job Summary
Our Strategic Finance department seeks a proficient Senior Financial Analyst adept in modeling and analytical skills. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the xScale FP&A unit, fostering cohesion and coordination among Corporate FP&A, Accounting, BU finance leaders, and the wider xScale entity.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, your primary responsibilities include overseeing vital FP&A aspects such as monthly variance analysis, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, strategic financial planning, KPI management, and presentations to executives.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and inquisitive finance professional with acute attention to detail, a positive demeanor, and collaborative skills. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should possess expertise in areas like Hyperion (PBCS), financial modeling, communications, and multitasking capabilities. Additionally, adaptability in problem-solving within uncertain scenarios and the ability to influence stakeholders across various functions are essential traits.
