Job Summary/Objective
The Plant Project Engineer II at Southwire is an integral part of our manufacturing operations, responsible for implementing, leading, and managing complex engineering projects.
The ideal candidate is a continual learner and collaborator who has a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, Lean principles, and is highly skilled at problem-solving.
With a commitment to safety and efficiency, the Plant Project Engineer II helps drive continuous improvement in the plant, while fostering innovation and operational excellence.
