    About the Role

    RBC Bearings Incorporated, a leading international manufacturer of precision bearings, is seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for procurement, expediting, and vendor evaluation duties.

    With a strong focus on timely delivery and cost-effectiveness, you will identify and investigate new sources of supply, secure quotations, and coordinate planning and schedule control to meet API's operating and production requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Procurement and Planning: Secure purchase orders for parts by analyzing quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and monitoring deliveries.
    2. Vendor Evaluation: Identify and evaluate new sources of supply to ensure quality and reliability.
    3. Inventory Control: Coordinate planning and schedule control based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) requirements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
