Looking to hire a account manager/dispatcher to be apart of a family run company for over 20 years. You will be dispatching maintenance technician s to service over 64 retail customers. This is a work from hom ejob and training is provided.


Some of the benefits include:
Weekly Pay Medical, vision, dental insurance after 90 days. Employer pay half for employee. 8 hours of PTO accrual per month + all Federal holidays off.


Note:
Pay Rate is $ $20.67 / Hour


Responsibilities:

Account Manager/Dispatcher Overview:
Remote position Heavy data entry Monitor email Accept requests from clients, enter work orders into system, dispatch technician
Keep customer updated with progress/resolution 8am-5pm work day.
Monthly rotating 4 hour Saturday & Sunday email monitoring needed.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of how to use computers.
Be able to work 1 weekend a month.
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Have a dedicated work area in home.
