They are seeking a motivated Production Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations within the Personalization Production Department.The Production Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless fulfillment of customer requirements. Strong leadership and motivational skills are essential for effectively managing the production team.

Focus:
Supervise and coordinate activities within the personalization and affixing departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Manage daily production schedules across all personalization card manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Oversee day-to-day operations to guarantee timely production and high-quality output.
Address quality concerns and product functionality issues during production and inspection processes.
Review raw material inventory levels and initiate purchase orders as needed.
Monitor and minimize material waste to optimize resource utilization.
Conduct monthly inventory counts of raw materials and work-in-progress items.
Handle basic human resource duties such as vacation approvals and employee evaluations.
Utilize operational resources efficiently to manage costs within budgetary constraints and contribute to safety program development.
Lead the selection, training, and development of production staff.
Coordinate machine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with customer specifications and safety standards.
Skill Set:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent experience.
3+ years of relevant management experience in plastics/packaging manufacturing.
Proficiency in computer skills, including ERP systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills accompanied by strong mathematical and reading skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
