Occupational Therapist Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) institution.
- Possession of an active Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license for New York.
- Proficient in conducting home visit Occupational Therapy assessments for patients, evaluating medical conditions, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation.
- Experience in EMR documentation, preferably with Hello Note system.
- CPR Certification.

Occupational Therapist Position Details:

Compensation:
- Competitive pay rates ranging from $70 to $90 per visit for Occupational Therapists.
- Special higher rate opportunities available for pediatric cases.

Schedules:
- Various scheduling options such as full-time, part-time, and per diem.
- Occupational Therapists can personalize their schedule by selecting patient population, preferred locations (Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Long Island, Staten Island), and working hours.
- Quick and efficient onboarding process.

Role Overview:
- Work with a diverse range of patients including adults, children, and older adults.

Work Environment:
- On-site in-person sessions.

Additional Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist License.

Location:
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Jamaica, NY 11432 before commencing work.
