Moneta is searching for a Bookkeeper to work in a supporting non-client-facing role with an established Bill Pay and Bookkeeping pod on one of our Partner teams. This Bookkeeper will be responsible for doing back-end data-entry and other special projects as determined by the Partners and Team, helping the Team to deliver Raving Fan service to our clients.

Specifically, the Bookkeeper will be trained in team processes, using Quickbooks and other software to download and import transactions from client bank accounts and credit cards, reconcile those accounts on a monthly basis, create compliance required reports for each bill pay client on a monthly basis and other projects as they are needed and requested by the Partners and Advisors.

To succeed in this role, this person must be a team player who is flexible in the daily work environment, attentive to detail and task oriented.

Essential Responsibilities

• Work with the bill pay team to maintain client transaction details and supporting documentation of those transactions
• Download client data from external sources and classify them in Quickbooks
• Reconcile bank statements
• Reconcile credit card activity
• Prepare monthly compliance reports, secure signatures on reports, and save to Laserfiche
• Prepare ad hoc reporting for Client and Partners as necessary

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Quick Books Desktop software preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred but not required
