The Sr.
Regulatory Compliance Manager will serve as one of the key members of the inhouse team to provide Legal support for all compliance activities at Super Micro Computer, Inc.
This position will play a key role in advising on compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; enhance and protect organizational value by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight; and support of the Company's wide spectrum of compliance initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Legal support to various internal compliance teams with respect to their activities that includes conducting investigations, and complying with regulatory obligations under applicable law and regulation around the worldThese matters include providing legal counsel and advice with respect to privacy, global data protection, cybersecurity, global trade compliance, whistleblower matters, conflict minerals, regulatory investigations.
JD or equivalent degree required8 or more years of experience in conducting complex workplace investigationsWorking knowledge and experience in as many of the following areas: privacy, global data protection, cybersecurity, global trade compliance, whistleblower, government contracting, antitrust, securities lawsAbility to learn on the job and prioritize tasksStrong judgment and commitment to ethical issuesDetailed oriented with outstanding organizational skillsAbility to multitaskStrong initiative and ability to drive resolution of issuesEffective communication at all levels including Executive levelMust be flexible and willing to work on projects in other areasSalary Range$140,000 - $150,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
