    As a Project Manager you will report to the Sr. Project Manager, Team Lead and work in partnership with development, design, operations, quality assurance, and even sales to deliver best in class work for our clients and each other.

    As the Project Manager, you will deliver upon client planning and success through vision, leadership, and strategy. In addition, this position will also be rooted in strong project management experience to properly evaluate team member skills, provide effective direction and support and assist in the actual client work as needed.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    • Partner closely with the development team lead and other team members in an agile environment to deliver quality work on assigned projects.
    • Co-own agile process for dedicated team members, responsible for leading agile meetings, balancing team dynamics and client priorities
    • Work as needed to assist in defining and documenting the client's business objectives and goals.
    • Create project plans, budgets, project scope, timelines, client deliverables, and discovery documentation to share with clients and team members.
    • Provide client-facing account management and client service to assigned accounts to make Creed clients as successful as possible and build strong client relationships.
    • Responsible for and sometimes assisting in project testing to ensure that all launches produce stable and quality work.
    • Manage projects to achieve client satisfaction and profitability.
    • Assist in process flow improvements for the Company which will include the use of JIRA, Smartsheet, status meetings, time tracking software, and technology platforms, manage QA, and training for the Company and the Company's clients
    • Manage all of the projects and implementation plans for assigned clients that include managing: timelines; deliverables; direct client relationships with primary client contact; profitability of the project; project-specific client communications; resourcing
    • Work with other team members to create a clear strategy and project plan on assigned projects.
    • Perform audits to ensure employee and contractor time is inputted correctly every week.
    • Support Creed in forecasting efforts, Creed's tool suite, and process implementation.
    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    1. An ability to empathize and communicate clearly to internal teams, vendors and clients.
    2. A technically savvy mindset and ability to learn quickly.
    3. Knowledge of interactive project life cycles and processes.
    4. Knowledge of quality assurance processes related to interactive project development.
    5. Strong understanding of Jira/Confluence, Scrum, Agile and software development methodologies.
    Other nice to haves:
    • Experience translating business objectives into technology solutions
    • PMP certification/training or Certified ScrumMaster certification/training
    • Business analyst experience
    • Experience working enterprise client(s)
    • Being extremely organized, prepared, and passionate about the work
    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
    2. 3+ years project management experience or equivalent, related work experience
