CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
**• Draws conclusions from reading/reviewing medical records, and then writes corresponding case- notes which highlight the key-points.

• Utilizes established guidelines and internalprotocol to determine if client meets medical eligibility criteria based onreview of medical records and client psychosocial history.
• Applies knowledge of aging process, activitiesfor daily living and medical conditions to written case-notes.
• Justifies medical eligibility recommendationthrough written narratives which summarize client's current situation,limitations and needs.
• Presents case-notes and medical eligibilityrecommendations to Registered Nurse for approval, and adjusts to professionalfeedback provided by Registered Nurse and/or Supervisor

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
The candidates must meet the minimum qualification of:

• a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university with a major in a related field,

OR

• professional experience totaling four (4) or more years in a related field

OR

• a combination of education and professional experience totaling four (4) or more years in a related field.
