Duties

As an
AIRCRAFT MECHANIC SUPERVISOR, WS , you will plan and schedule specific work assignments on a daily or project-to-project basis within specified time requirements.

Assign tasks to be performed. Recommend individuals to fill vacancies or for promotion or reassignment. Perform the nonsupervisory functions of the organizational segment supervised. Implement regulatory safety requirements and ensures that subordinates wear appropriate safety equipment and follow pertinent safety precautions. Prepare for and participate in various types of readiness evaluations, inspections, mobilization and command support exercises. Perform other duties as assigned.
