    Position Overview STI-TEC is seeking Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations of service deployment certification events, or prerequisite training considered critical and mandatory prior to deployment to support a Combatant Command (CCMD)
    Support includes research on electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) issues, obtain relevant DOD documents, conduct studies and report the results thereof, analyze options, and develop specified documentation to assist with effectively and efficiently carrying out the JCER mission
    Assist with applying scientific methods and techniques, evaluation planning, coordinating specifications related to computer software use cases and software demonstrations, operations research and systems analysis, program management expertise, and an understanding of multi-Service and Joint doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to address the JCER focus areas
    Essential Job Function


    • Direct, develop, and perform logistics management operations including planning and coordinating logistical actions as required to support organizational missions and programs;
    • Identify requirements for the organization's logistics program including any financial, facility, manpower, material, and support services needed to support a successful program and ensuring that needed support is provided in a standardized and timely manner
    • Update and maintain supplies, inventories, equipment, and programs as needed to ensure the readiness of the logistics program.
    • Planning and managing information systems in support of logistical requirements and support for an entire organization and identifying activities that may need logistical support;
    • Integrating multifaceted activities into a comprehensive logistics plan in order to support organizational events and activities and consistently evaluating those plans and adjusting them as needed or developing alternatives based on feasibility and efficiency; and
    • Monitoring progress and meeting logistical plans and standards while identifying delays or problems and either suggesting or taking actions to remediate issues as required to meet logistics requirements.
    • Coordinating and evaluating the efforts of others in order to identify specific logistical requirements and ability to adjust plans and schedules for logistical actions needed in order to meet requirements; and
    • Designing, developing, procuring, planning, producing, storing, distributing, maintaining, transporting, utilizing, and disposing of materials and equipment as it relates to the logistics program requirements
    Qualifications Minimum Qualifications


    • United States citizen
    • TS security clearance with eligibility for SCI, SAP, and SAR accesses
    An Interim TS may be acceptable with approval from the JCER Director
    Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S
    Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
