    • Fri, $23 $24/hr, Lemont, ILEssential Job FunctionsOrder Processing Processes incoming customer new and change orders as assigned by via email and EDI.
    Estimates shipping dates for orders based on the lead times and transits.
    Organize all related paperwork for orders including customer purchase order, packager bill of lading, customs documents, etc.
    Professional communication via email between customers and vendors.

    Order Administration Updates KPI Report(s) by providing statistics for Customer Service processes related to order processing and shippingShipping Arrange and schedule carrier pick ups from Packager warehouses.

    Posts packaged shipments into companys ERP.Performs all advanced shipping notices for all shipments including invoicing.
    Customer Service Answers phones and directs calls to other CCI staff as needed.
    Takes phone calls concerning orders following established customer service practices.
    Contacts customers regarding their account, any requests or inquiries.
