    Groundworks Commercial is seeking talented Commercial Business Development Representatives to join our tribe in the San Antonio TX, Houston TX, and Dallas TX areaThe CBDR at Groundworks plays a crucial role in generating revenue for the company by selling foam foundation repair services and providing estimates to potential commercial clients.

    They are responsible for building and maintaining a book of business through a team-oriented approach, actively supporting the growth of the company.

    They collaborate closely with the project team and Director of Business Development to ensure accurate estimates, seamless project transitions, and overall company success.

    Utilize creative approaches to establish relationships with key stakeholders, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms and networksCollaborate with colleagues, project teams and senior leadership to identify cross-selling opportunities, share leads, and support each other's sales effortsEngage in open and constructive communication with the project team to ensure accurate project estimation, smooth transitions, and exceptional customer experienceActively participate in team meetings, sharing insights, providing input for sales strategies, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the companyStay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position Groundworks commercial services and contribute to the company's competitive advantageDemonstrate a commitment to long-term company growth by focusing not only on personal sales interests but also on the collective success of the team and the organization as a wholeOther duties as assignedQualifications2-5 years experience in sales, preferably in the construction or foundation repair industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and engage with diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to cold call and establish relationships with various networks and key business decision-makersExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Sales CRMsSelf-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer serviceGroundworks is the nation's leading provider of Foundation Repair and Water Management Services.
