About the Job:

We are looking for talented candidates who are organized customer service pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. In this part-time, position, you will be responsible helping ensure that our guests have a great experience. The housekeeper is primarily responsible for is responsible for taking care of the park general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to guests and residents.

Report any maintenance concerns to the Manager.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Cleans and sanitizes guest rooms, office, restrooms and public areas by following company standards.
Vaccuums and sweeps floors, carpets and rugs.
Makes beds and changes linens.
Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks and countertops.
Replenishes toiletries and towels.
Empties trash receptacles.
Assists and notifies maintenance of any issues.
Operates large commercial washers and dryers.
Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
Work closely with management to maintain open communications.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and co-workers.
Mature, responsible and friendly behavior.
Ability to adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards set by management.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Job Requirements:

Ability to actively walk the property and lift 25 lbs or greater
Trustworthy, reliable and detail oriented
Ability to work with minimal supervision
High School Diploma or GED
Previous housekeeping experience in a hospitality environment preferred
