Job summary
The Manager Internal Communications is responsible for developing managing and delivering strategic internal communications that engage stakeholders support firm initiatives and enhance overall organizational alignment.In collaboration with the Content Hub Leader the role will oversee content development from initial draft through final delivery ensuring consistency and brand alignment. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Relationship Managers to build strong content for large firm initiatives executing communications plans translating ideas into cohesive high impact deliverables serving as point of contact for clients and stakeholders fostering strong relationships seeing projects to completion. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field at least 7 years experience in communications journalism or related fields experience creating or editing multimedia content in collaboration with creative and business teams exceptional verbal writing and editing skills ability to quickly learn technical information skilled at creating content across multiple channels demonstrated ability as self starter able to manage multiple projects stakeholders at various levels functions.
