If so, we want to hear from you As a Marketing Manager at The Nuckolls Agency, you'll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and drive impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to engage our audience and drive business growth.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring marketing campaigns to life, from concept to execution.
    Leverage data and insights to optimize marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    Create compelling content across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
    Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous innovation in our marketing efforts.

    Requirements:


    While a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred, we value creativity and passion over formal education.

    Previous experience in marketing or a related field is a plus, but we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
    Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
