About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Epoxy & Polyaspartic installer to lead our newly developed division to great heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Clean, grind, repair, and prime concrete or other surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of coatings.
• Mixing Materials: Accurately measure and mix epoxy, polyurethane, and other coating materials following manufacturer specifications.
• Application of Coatings: Apply base coats, topcoats, and sealers using various techniques, including rolling, brushing, or spraying, to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Detail Work: Handle edges, corners, control joints, and expansion joints to ensure complete and even coverage.
• Safety Compliance: Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines throughout installation.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain equipment, such as grinders, sanders, and floor scrubbers, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Quality Control: Inspect the work at different stages of the application process to ensure quality and address any deficiencies or issues immediately.
• Job Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site, handling waste materials properly and ensuring no residual debris or hazards are left behind.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers about the process, timelines, and care of newly coated surfaces.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to complete projects on time and to the company's quality standards.

Requirements

• Professionally employed Residential &/or Commercial Floor Coatings Experience: 2 years (REQUIRED)
• Hold a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Possess outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and a friendly demeanor
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a robust work ethic
• Understand the skills and tools necessary for top-quality floor coating projects
• Possess a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, always seeking new opportunities and solutions
• Thrive in team collaboration while excelling independently
• Embrace continuous learning and enjoy sharing knowledge with others
