    The role also involves learning all aspects of the car wash operation and following standard procedures./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliLead by example and foster a team-oriented environment where everyone can develop leadership skills./liliMaintain a positive, customer-focused workplace that is hospitable, fun, and growth-oriented./liliProvide top-notch customer service by educating and assisting customers in selecting the best car wash options, selling membership plans and wash packages to suit their needs./liliEnsure a smooth experience by safely guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel, maintaining a friendly and professional approach./liliTake pride in keeping the entire facility spotless/liliMaintain the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot, ensuring every area is clean, organized, and guest ready./liliLearn and execute opening and closing procedures./liliPerform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting./liliNotify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMust be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations related to working with and/or around heavy machinery./liliAble to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time./liliPassionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every customer./liliEnjoys working collaboratively to achieve outstanding results and support team success./liliReady to take on new challenges daily with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach./liliComfortable working in an outdoor environment across various weather conditions and fast-paced settings./liliAvailable to work early evenings, weekends, and adapt to scheduling needs./li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliCompetitive Compensation in Base and Bonus Potential/liliComprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental Vision)/liliPaid Time Off in addition to Company Paid Holidays/lili401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match/liliCompany
