Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IT SOC Analyst. The SOC Analyst will be responsible for vulnerability mitigation, implementing security measures, penetration testing, incident response, reporting, and supporting security assessments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience in cybersecurity
• Experience mitigating security control vulnerabilities based on cybersecurity principles and tenets. (e.g., STIG, NIST SP 800-53, Cybersecurity Framework, etc.)
• Experience implementing security measures to resolve vulnerabilities, mitigate risks and recommend security changes to system or system components as needed
• Experience implementing security measures to resolve vulnerabilities, mitigate risks and recommend security changes to system or system components as needed
• Experience implementing system security measures in accordance with established procedures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation
• Experience mitigating/correcting security deficiencies identified during security/certification testing and/or recommend riskacceptance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely

US citizenship and ability to obtain T3 clearance are required.
