    Position Summary:

    We seek a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the operational success of our residential properties, focusing on resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish) and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in a challenging environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage property operations, ensuring high performance standards.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
    • Collect rent and other property fees from residents efficiently.
    • Attract new residents through effective leasing administration and training.
    • Brand the community by prioritizing curb appeal and maintaining market knowledge.
    • Lead the leasing process, guiding the team through sales strategies and follow-through.
    • Support maintenance operations by partnering with the Maintenance Supervisor.
    • Plan community capital improvements, repairs, contract developments, and negotiations.
    • Assist with accounting functions, including processing invoices and managing resident accounts.
    • Work closely with vendors to ensure quality work is completed on time.
    • Foster community performance metrics and goals.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency is required.
    • Proven experience in property management or a related field.
    • Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a challenging environment.
    • Knowledge of property management software and relevant regulations.
