    As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while contributing to our company's success.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage and respond promptly to all incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
    Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
    Research availability of parts and provide expert suggestions for compatible substitutions when necessary.
    Provide timely updates on order and return statuses to customers.
    Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments with precision and clarity.
    Complete general office duties to support overall operations.
