- Provide quality customer service at all times.

- Assist in teaching or leading activities as needed or as assigned.
- Observe children's behavior, assess its appropriateness, enforce appropriate safety regulations and emergency procedures; apply appropriate behavior management techniques.
- Attend all staff meetings as required.
- Assist in enriching programming during snow days and when school is out.
- Maintain good attendance and have reliable transportation.
- Follow all J rules, regulations, and standards.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; Current college student or graduate in related field desired.
- Previous camp or childcare experience essential.
- Must have auditory, visual, ambulatory, cognitive, communications and physical ability to complete major tasks in program.
- Ability to relate to and communicate with ones peer group, parents, as well as to child's age and skill levels.
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision.
- Ability to assist in teaching an activity.
- Ability to assist children in emergency situations; including fire, evacuation, illness or injury.
- Should posses good character, integrity and adaptability.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience and self control in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to both morning and afternoon hours is preferred.
- Past Judaic experiences are a plus.
