Summary: Seeking a Factory Automation Engineer with experience in supporting and troubleshooting automated production equipment, particularly with expertise in control logic and PLC programming.

Requirements:

• Experience with shop floor support and troubleshooting of automated production equipment
• Proficiency in control logic, relay ladder logic, PLCs (Allen Bradley PLCs preferred), HMI's, and PC-based logic
• 3+ years of experience is ideal; however, recent graduates with a strong background in electrical engineering and PLC programming from internships or co-op programs are considered
• Degree qualifications: BSEE or a 2-year technical degree with relevant factory/production automation experience

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to create and maintain interfaces for shop-floor tools, PLC controls, SCADA, and MES systems
• Willingness to support off-shift maintenance to troubleshoot machine and system issues
• Flexibility to train on the first shift before transitioning to an off-shift schedule (2nd or 3rd shift)

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site shop floor support for production-critical Factory Automation solutions including changes to control logic and software such as relay ladder logic, PLCs, HMIs, etc.
• Create and maintain interfaces for communication between shop-floor tools and various control systems
• Support maintenance teams during off-shift hours to troubleshoot issues with machinery and systems

Additional Information:

• The position accepts US Citizens and Green Card holders only.
• No ITAR work regulations required.
• No security clearance requirement.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
