    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Peraton seeks an Agreement Documentation Specialist to support ARCYBER in discovery, assessment, and planning actions for the convergence of organizational networks (ORGNET) across the Army to a single service provider. Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA.

    Tasks include:
    Assists government lead in the development and documentation of formal service level agreements, memorandums of understanding and memorandums of agreement.
    Monitors and measures progress of agreement documents while being developed and staffed between all parties to ensure published goals are achieved.
    Ensure all information pertinent to the agreement development activities are satisfactorily captured, analyzed, validated, stored and made readily accessible to convergence team members and designated government personnel.
    Facilitate convergence team and government inquiries relative to new and/or pre-existing information requirements.
    Assists government lead in the coordination of working groups with the ORGNET owner and other key stakeholders.
    Assist government with coordinating, synchronizing and tracking IT service management and agreement processes.
    Assist government in identifying IT services being converged from an ORGNET service provider IAW the AITP and AITSC.
    Assist government in identifying IT services that require reimbursement IAW Army policy.

    Qualifications:

    Required Qualifications:

    Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD

    Skilled in administering, negotiating, and managing various IT support agreements, task orders and amendments
    Must have experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
    Active TS Clearance

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience with Army staffing processes and tools such as GEARS and/or TMT
    Experience with working remotely under little supervision using collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

    Target Salary Range:
    $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
