Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Family Practice

Our established multispecialty practice is seeking our newest team member as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in family medicine. Located in Mesa, AZ, our practice provides a supportive and innovative work environment, ideal for those passionate about patient care and clinical collaboration. In this role you will provide comprehensive family practice care to a diverse patient population. We like to leverage technology so we utilize NextGen EHR and Dragon software for efficient dictation and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time, Employed

Qualifications:

Experience in primary care is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.
Active license as a NP or PA in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary based on experience: $125,000-$140,000+ depending on experience.
Bonus opportunities: bonus structure tied to managed care performance and reduced hospitalizations.
Health Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance through BCBS of Arizona, along with dental and vision coverage.
Time Off: Generous PTO policy including 20 days per year, plus 6 recognized holidays, and additional time off for CME.
Education and Growth: $1,500 allowance for continuing medical education to help you stay at the forefront of medical advances.
Retirement: Pension plan with 401(k) options, eligibility after one year with vesting benefits.
Additional Benefits: All malpractice insurance covered, professional dues paid, and certifications

Location: Mesa, AZ Located as a connected community close to Phoenix, Mesa offers residents a unique blend of urban and suburban living with plenty of amenities and attractions. Easily commutable in the greater Phoenix area including; Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale.
