    Join our growing team as a full-time Associate for Education Management in the Boston area suburb office.

    Required Skills/Knowledge

    • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Extensive experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Database.
    • Strong writing, editing, and analytic skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines.
    • Effective time management and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

    • Passionate about K-12 education and related fields to support student growth and learning.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Candidates with exceptional English presentation skills are preferred.
    • Familiarity with Web/Mobile Technology project development cycles and key controls.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Program Management Related Tasks:

    • Handle high-level and time-sensitive projects concurrently, showcasing excellent time management skills.
    • Plan, execute, promote, and conclude projects in collaboration with senior management to maintain a sense of ownership and accomplishment.
    • Lead and engage in marketing, business development, and strategic planning initiatives.
    • Introduce fresh ideas and suggest innovative problem-solving solutions.
    • Utilize various tools and techniques to derive insights from current business trends.
    • Ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance in your work and that of others.
    • Share valuable insights with leadership.
    • Communicate effectively and influence others in a structured manner.
    • Adapt behavior to cultivate diverse relationships.
    • Abide by the firm's ethical code and business conduct standards.
    • Execute duties to ensure successful project completion, including tasks that go beyond the defined scope.

    Performance Management/Problem-Solving

    Qualifications

    • Prefer candidates with a master's degree or PhD in various related fields.
    • Teaching writing experience is desirable.
    • Candidates with strong English writing and presentation skills are preferred.
    • Minimum 5-8 years of K-12 education/college admission counseling experience.
    • At least 3-5 years of full-time people management experience.
