    Job Description

    The Clinical Support Specialist at Reset Behavioral Solutions plays a vital role in providing comprehensive and evidence-based support to individuals in our care and their respective teams. This multifaceted role involves close collaboration with day program staff, group home staff, families, and direct support staff to ensure the highest quality of care and support for our members. The Clinical Support Specialist conducts thorough observations, supports development of targeted intervention plans, and offers training and technical assistance to implement effective interventions. This role also involves data collection, entry and monitoring, regular participation in team meetings, and the use of tele-consultation to bridge geographical gaps in care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Observation: The Clinical Support Specialist conducts careful observations and assessments to identify the unique needs and challenges of individuals under our care.

    Intervention Planning: They develop comprehensive, individualized intervention plans, leveraging their expertise to create strategies that promote positive outcomes.

    Training and Technical Assistance: The specialist provides training and ongoing technical assistance to relevant individuals involved in the member's care, ensuring the successful implementation of intervention strategies.

    Data Collection, Entry and Monitoring: They maintain a meticulous record of data related to therapeutic interventions and support strategies, consistently monitoring progress towards established goals.

    Documentation Review: The specialist reviews and evaluates documentation and activities conducted by involved parties, aligning them with the intervention plan and desired outcomes.

    Plan Revision: As necessary, the Clinical Support Specialist revises intervention plans to ensure continued progress and effectiveness, adapting strategies based on data and evolving needs.

    Team Collaboration: They actively participate in team meetings, contributing their expertise to enhance the overall quality of care provided to members.

    Tele-Consultation: Utilizing two-way, real-time interactive audio and video, the specialist extends behavioral and psychological care to individuals when geographical distance separates them from on-site care providers.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).

    Relevant certifications or licensure, as required by state regulations.

    Proven experience in behavioral health or related settings.

    Strong assessment, intervention planning, and training skills.

    Proficiency in data collection and analysis.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

    Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

    Familiarity with telehealth technologies and practices, if applicable.

    Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis

    Experience as Behavior Technician, preferred

    Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional development.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

    Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in behavioral health assessments, interventions, and treatment planning.

    Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform decision-making.

    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.

    Training and Education: Ability to train and educate others on behavioral health interventions and strategies.

    Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.

    Telehealth: Familiarity with telehealth technologies and practices, if applicable to the role.

    Compliance: Knowledge of and adherence to all relevant regulations and ethical standards.

    Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation if travel is part of the role.

    Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

    The Clinical Support Specialist will be required to work in various settings, including office environments, homes, Group homes, Day Program and community locations.

    Travel will be necessary to provide on-site support and attend meetings.

    The position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or computer use.

    Physical effort may include lifting or moving materials and equipment as needed.
