    Who We Are Looking ForState Street Global Advisors is looking for a dynamic program manager with strong personal and problem solving skills who wants to be part of a team focused on transformation initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will bring a natural curiosity to learn about all aspects of SSGA's business and technology and be able to leverage that knowledge to ensure project goals are met.

    Why This Role Is Important To UsThe Program Manager will be part of cross functional teams that support the core activities related to the implementation of the Firm's multiyear front office technology and business strategy.

    These activities may include business analysis on investment processes, issue resolution management, providing and/or coordinating subject matter expertise, or project management tasks.

    ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, risk, and audit to meet program goalsResolve and escalate project and operational issues in a timely fashionEffectively communicate progress and escalationsIdentify, develop and deploy process improvements leading to service level improvements and/or operational risk reduction.

    Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal policies and procedures, as well as provide input to further development of best practices.

    Assist/Facilitate Align witChange and Demand Management for our organization.
    Organize project workstreams as need to ensure alignment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelors' degree in a relevant discipline5 years or more of experience in leading systems implementation, program/project execution, operations and/or process improvement engagementsFinancial Services background, including investment or asset management.

    Understanding of best practices for Identity Access ManagementExperience with development teams - acting as a liaison with development teams or leading development teams and ability to work within an Agile frameworkPC Skills

    Salary Range:
    $100,000 - $160,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
