You can do all this and more at UCLA Health. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer for Ambulatory Care (CMO-AC) in driving strategic and operational excellence. This will involve managing the project portfolio and overseeing resource allocation while tracking progress and facilitating the achievement of strategic plan deliverables and milestones. You'll conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to support decision-making, as well as prepare communication materials, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and foster cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will: * Direct and oversee administrative activities under the CMO-AC * Serve as a subject matter expert on ambulatory care administration * Optimize resource allocation and enhance operational efficiency * Lead a team working on projects and programs, providing training, guidance, support, and mentorship * Facilitate communication and collaboration between the CMO-AC and other internal and external stakeholders Salary Range: $78,800 – $175,000 Annually
