- Responsible for the operation of juice line packaging machines, including but not limited to, Labelers,
- Selects proper material for product being packed.
- Coordinates all in-feed conveyor functions to maintain consistent production rates.
- Maintains work area in a sanitary and orderly condition.
- Assists maintenance personnel in repairing breakdowns pertaining to the machine being operated.
- Responsible for machine and area clean-up at end of each shift.
- Notifies the supervisor of all abnormal conditions relating to the machine being operated.
- Performs minor maintenance and/or mechanical adjustments as required.
- Keeps accurate records of all material usage.
- Performs other duties relating to the overall effort as directed.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
- Lift and move materials, tools, and objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Endure bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and work in hot temperatures.
