Responsibilities:

Work closely with our nursing experts as a Certified Nursing Assistant in our Independent Living Nursing Department. The CNA will deliver emergency and short-term care for Residents, Team Members, and guests.

Wage:
Compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities:
Responding to emergency calls to assess Resident needs.
Ensuring the comfort and safety requirements of Residents are met.
Providing emergency assistance when required, including CPR & AED aid and contacting emergency services when necessary.

Administering emergency, acute, and short-term medical care to Residents as per established medical guidelines and department protocols.

Monitoring Residents, documenting significant conditions and reactions, and informing the nursing team about Residents' conditions, drug responses, treatment outcomes, and noteworthy incidents.

Conducting vital sign checks like temperature, pulse, blood pressure, as well as finger stick blood glucose tests and pulse oximetry monitoring to identify deviations from normal.

Collaborating with Managers of Resident Services and Supportive Living Team to strategize and enact changes in Living Levels.

Managing the wellness meal program for Residents.
Handling errands, guiding visitors, and attending to telephone calls as necessary.
Maintaining precise records in nurses' notes and electronic medical records (EMR).
Inputting Resident and Team Member details into the electronic database.
Completing Resident Incident Reports.
Serving as a Concierge when required.

Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification for PA.
High School diploma or GED.
1-3 months of relevant experience and/or training.
Upholding current CPR/AED certification.

Hours:

24 hours per week.

Schedule:
Day Shift.
Involves working every other weekend and every other holiday.
