    The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition process in our fast-paced and growing environment. This individual will work closely with the People and Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Team, hiring leaders, and candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, and is committed to delivering a positive candidate experience. This individual will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

    General Responsibilities:

    Assists with the coordination and scheduling of interviews in order to ensure alignment with hiring leaders and interview panels.

    Professionally collaborates with the People and Culture Team to ensure the offer letter creation process is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.

    Assists with the completion and verification of pre-employment paperwork and any onboarding activities as needed.

    Serves as the primary point of contact with Woodside Homes candidates.

    Assists the Talent Acquisition Lead with candidate communication.

    Assists the Talent Acquisition Lead with gathering feedback from hiring leaders on candidates who have been interviewed.

    Assists with sourcing and attracting active and passive talent through various channels.

    Provides support with utilizing and updating the Talent Acquisition Tracker.

    Knowledge, Education, & Experience:

    • High school diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred.
    • 3+ years Recruiting/Talent Acquisition coordination experience.
    • 2+ years of experience utilizing an HRIS and ATS is highly preferred.
    • Solid experience using Microsoft Office to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
    • The ideal candidate is a friendly/positive, professional, confident & a team-player who brings an 'always ready to help' attitude.
    • The ideal candidate prides themself on the ability to bring solid communication skills with professional email etiquette for both internal and external stakeholders.
    • The ideal candidate enjoys a startup fast-paced environment where they will support the Talent Acquisition Director in a high-volume recruiting environment to provide the best candidate experience possible.
    • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with the ability to pick up on things quickly and pivot between priorities while proactively finding solutions to challenges on their own.
    • Previous onboarding experience within the HR function is highly preferred.
    • Experience with data management and reporting.
    • Experience tracking recruitment metrics.
    • Experience utilizing BambooHR is a plus.
    • Experience utilizing DocuSign is preferred.
    • Experience utilizing HireRight is preferred.
    • A strong understanding of the recruitment process is preferred.
