    • Optimize and oversee content strategy with our Content Specialist, including blog updates, SEO initiatives, and link-building efforts.

    • Coordinate social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice, engagement, and growth.

    • Support video making efforts, including content planning, distribution, and analytics.

    • Collaborate with leadership to refine SEO, branding, and website strategy, while taking full ownership of execution.

    • Work closely with our designer to create eye-catching visuals that support brand identity and marketing goals.

    • Measure and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to improve strategies.

    • Ensure alignment across all marketing efforts, maintaining consistency in messaging and brand identity.

    • Take initiative in developing new marketing projects and strategies while also handling other assigned duties as needed.

    About You:

    • A highly organized project manager who thrives on building and refining marketing systems.

    • Experienced in content strategy, social media, and digital marketing, with a proven track record of execution and driving ROI.

    • Proficient in SEO, analytics, and performance tracking to drive measurable results.

    • Comfortable working with organizational leadership on high-level strategy while taking ownership of daily execution.

    • Able to manage multiple marketing initiatives and pivot as needed in a dynamic environment.

    • Tech savvy and able to work with new tools like AI to improve productivity and results.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role.

    • Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, and social media management.

    • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and tools like Google Analytics or similar.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • A sharp eye for design and the ability to work effectively with designers to ensure cohesive branding.

    Compensation:

    • $80,000 base salary with up to 10% performance bonus.
